Description From major airports to short strips, the Dash 7 Combi brings large airplane capability and service to the remote north. This big four engine aircraft has a huge 70" x 91" cargo door and is configured with a "true" combi cargo/passenger interior that includes a roller floor, palletized quick loading system and passenger seating and entrance located at the aircraft rear. It is also considered a "true" STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing Aircraft), capable of safe operation from 2500 foot gravel & ice strips with a full unrestricted payload unlike any other aircraft in its class. Engines Four Pratt and Whitney PT6-50 turbines rated at 1150 shaft-horse power each.
