The video I received from Canadian Forces Northern Area is a copy of a copy, and thus the quality is not too great (added to this, the video was not captured on a high-end camera). There is only about five minutes of footage, and it's difficult to see any movement, as the cameraman is moving around to keep the object in the shot (which seems to verify that there was movement). The object does flicker though - going from almost black to glowing a bright white light...
